UK First Class mail can take between 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive. Delivery is dependent on Royal Mail so we cannot guarantee when your letter will arrive. The cut off time for mail to be sent on the same working day is 3pm UK time. For Signed For and Special Next Day Delivery you will need to send your letter before 12:30pm UK Time. No delivery is available on weekends, all mail sent over the weekend is posted on the Monday.

Other parts of the world from the UK take 5 to 10 days.
Mail to the USA from the UK can take 5 to 10 days.

If you have a Power or Business account with us then you can post your letters and documents to and from almost every country in the world. Our service is based in the UK, however international customers can also use the service, International letters are sent using airmail originating from the UK (our printing partner also works with printers in the US and Germany so letters sent to the US, Canada and Germany can be sent internally).
