The Customer pays for the services using the PayPal payment gateway (see Payments with PayPal). When purchasing a service from Easyletters it is completely at The Customers own risk. By continuing to use the services on this website The Customer is considered as understanding and agreeing to the following conditions:Customer ReferenceThe Customer is allocated a Customer Reference, Customer References are randomly generated, it is The Customers responsibility to remember their Reference number and password. Easyletters can not accept responsibility for lost References and passwords, lost passwords are irretrievable due to the application of one way encryption. Easyletters reserves the right to suspend a Customer Reference if we have reason to believe the account is being abused. Dormant accounts will be removed after 12 months of no activity and all data associated with the account will be deleted. The Customer can close and/or remove their Easyletters account at any time. If The Customer closes their account then Easyletters will delete all linked data and then close your account. Letters and documentsThe Customer is not to permitted to send any letters via Easyletters that violates any UK based law. Easyletters reserves the right not to process letters it believes violates UK laws or would damage it as a business. Easyletters is not responsible for the content of letters created by The Customer. The Customer is responsible for checking the content of the documents prior to sending. The Customer is not permitted to send any explicit or inappropriate content such as pornography. Easyletters reserves the right to revoke its services if it has been deemed that The Customer is abusing service or breaking any UK law in their use of the services. Should The Customer cancel a letter once it has been submitted but not yet processed then The Customer is still liable for the cost of printing and postage.PostageEasyletters will not be held responsible for letters that are lost/delayed by Royal Mail or other postal service in transit.Easyletters will not be held responsible for any loss of business that is a result of using this service.Payments with PayPalWhen paying for Easyletters services The Customer has to provide contact information (such as name and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiry date).
